Love the Beast
It documents the 25 year history of Eric Bana's first car, a 1974 XB Falcon Coupe.
Bana purchased the car at the age of fifteen for AU $1100. Bana is a motor racing enthusiast, and participates in various motor racing competitions in Australia.
On 21 April 2007 Bana crashed his 1974 XB Falcon Coupe in the Targa Tasmania rally. Neither he nor his co-driver were injured.
The film is scheduled for release on 12 March 2009 in Australia. The UK and the US releases will follow in 2009.
